Your body protector must always be fastened as tightly as possible against your body. Wear it over lightweight clothing.
A body or back protector cannot prevent certain types of injury, but it can reduce the severity of the injury in the event of a fall. It is highly advised to replace any body or back protector after a fall, as its effectiveness can no longer be guaranteed.
The Safety body protector has a level 2 performance. It meets the minimum recommended standard for normal equestrian activities, from beginners to experienced horse riders at club level, and all types of horsemanship excluding carriage driving and official eventing competitions requiring a level 3 body protector.
